It’s another Toast Tuesday! If you love brussels sprouts as much as I do, you’re going to be head over heels for this savory toast recipe. After readying up a slice of my favorite gluten-free bread, I spread on my go-to Green Dream Hummus, and then layer on the brussels sprouts. To get them ready, I drizzle on extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and then roast them up in the oven so that they pair AMAZINGLY with the supercharged hummus! So dreamy + super filling.
